back in action;

So, summer is over and it was awesome. I haven’t updated in a long time but I think I’m going to keep updating with my day-to-day life at home. Though, it won’t be nearly as often or as exciting as it was this summer. Here’s a quick bullet list of what I’ve been up too since the last time I updated;

* I picked up running 5 days ago or so. I kind of really like it. Which is weird, but hey it’s good.
* School started. It’s not exciting.
* College search, college search, college search.
* I’m jobless but it’s ok.
* Before all that, but after the last post I graduated from RAHI. Spent a few days at home and then chilled with my grandparents in PA. It was so much fun. I love the lower 48. This trip also included spending a week at Indiana University in Bloomington for a business camp. It was also fabulous. I also flew first class and managed to fly cross country multiple times by myself. I’m so proud, lol.
* I met the guys from Norma Jean and someone from Silverstein. It’s kind of awesome.
* I’m going vegan again as soon as I finish off my non-vegan but vegetarian foods.

That’s about it. Watch for more updates and such. I might start a running journal – I’ll link if I do.

R! O! T! C!

ROTC came to talk to us during study skills today. It was ok. Maybe. Probably not. But I did find out about the pistol/rifle team at UAF! and I got a free water bottle from ROTC! And also one from Rural Student Services. Which is cool cause I lost my orange one. D=

We’re heading out to a ‘camp’ called Camp Bingle. It should be alright. I’m so happy midterms are over. Sooooo happy. I can’t wait to be done with RAHI.

oh yeah, and I went back and bought that flannel shirt. It’s super.

mmmm tasty;

After study hall today Craig and some other kids were out playing frisbee and I was standing over by them eating yogurt and talking to Katie. Then Craig threw the frisbee and like hit me in the leg super hard. It hurts. It was an accident but I decided vengeance was in order so I took my yogurt and flung it at him. =D

It was awesome. Then he chased me into dorms and rubbed it all over my face and it got in my hair. lol.

Oh yeah, and I solved a rubix cube today in like 3 minutes. But it was the easy pattern so. Now I’m working on the scramble.

i’m not street but i do what i gotta do;

Fred Meyers. No I did not buy this stuff.

First, we went to Fred Meyers. It was fun. We sat on couches, and sword fought each other.

Then we wandered around the clothes looking for el cheapo stuff. I was tempted to get a $5 mans flannel shirt. But I didn’t. Then we wore tourist hats and acted like Outsiders.

I was tempted to buy one, but I didn’t want it to die.
Lizbeth
After PetCo closed we migrated over to Barnes and Noble and met up with Lizbeth.

We sat by a huge fire place and played quiz games. Talked with a hot Bulgarian guy and then went to HOT LICKS. (nom, blue raspberry slushies!) It was exciting.

That was like, Saturday. Today! We (Lizbeth, TeeJay and I) chased Chachi around the dorms before floor time ‘documenting him in his natural environment’. We really just wanted to see if we could catch him acting all freaking crazy and nuts. He was weird and spazzy today. It was fun.

So, Yeah. Epic weekend.

I’ll post more later. Still waiting on TeeJay to let me borrow his camera to steal his photos. All of these photos were ‘taken’ from some friends myspaces. Enjoy.

I got a 98 on my petrleum midterm. :D
